Can anyone tell me where this goes?

I'm finally putting my T-Type back together (been apart for 2 years so my memory is a little foggy) and I thought I figured out where everything went. Today I found this and have no clue where it goes. Can anyone help me out?

under the header behind the grill
one bolt goes through at the center bolt that holds the grille and another through the metal panel on the backside of the headerfrom engine side (would have a clip nut on that hole in the bracket) .
normally removed for a front mount install
