Melling Cam and lifter kit

Im ready for everyone to say go to a roller cam. I barely drive the car( less than 2k miles a year)and dont race it. Is it possible to use this Melling kit:

If you have used this kit with success please let me know.

Im really not looking to spend over $1000 to do a roller at this time. I do all my own labor and will pull the engine later down the road to do it right, just not right now.

stock turbo cam, ive used it many times
i doubt youll get your hands on one as a kit (CL- cam and lifters )
the johnson jb69 shielded foot hyd flat tappet lifters for stock are very hard to find these days
but you should be able to get the cam (sbc-14)

If your interested, I have a set of hardened foot AC Delco lifters I bought from Earl Brown over 5 years ago, AND an Applied Technologies RB314B camshaft I bought in the late 90's still in bubble wrap!
