Can I use this fuel filter

Got it free, it's a Mallory CompFilter Series 140. Say's it flows 200GPH, pressure tested at 100 PSI brand new. I was thinking of replacing the stock with this one. Will it be OK? It's a nice Billet one.

If the specs you're quoting here are correct,it should work just fine.What's the micron rating of the filter element?

I'll try to find out. I know some of you have to be running a filter like this. Any other input?

I believe it's rated at 20 but found out the 140 series is for carburated and the 160 series is for fuel injected cars. Does it matter it's for carburated cars? And what's the difference in the 2 filters? Anyone?
