The high and low speed fan relays are reversed in what I down loaded a while back from another web site. Which is correct?

The high speed relay connector has a green wire with a stripe, where the low speed relay has a solid green wire in it.
The relays themselves are identical. The connectors can fit either way which could confuse High and Low, but the wire stripe tells it all.
