just realized the first 11 years of the car's history is missing!

I'm not familiar with Tennessee vehicle records laws so cany anyone shed some light on what might have happened to this car's history between 3/30/1988 (21 miles) and 4/21/1999 (30,133 miles)?

Between 3-30-1988 to 5-17-2002, the FIRST owner owned the car. (to what i understand looking at it)
Then from 5-17-2002 to 8-13-2004 the SECOND owner has the car.
From 8-13-2004 to 5-07-2005 the THIRD owner had it.
Then from 9-27-05 to present then the FOURTH owner (which im assuming is you)

Anyways, the first owner must have never took it to a shop to service, because theres no record of it, besides the title/registration getting updated. So what happened between 21 miles and 31k, is HE DROVE IT! hope this helps.
