My friend just converted his over to vacuum, drilled a hole, installed a new pin, no problems, we just did a 150 mile run Friday nite, and he had no issues. My car, I went to a pick and pull and got a pedal for $3.00
The angle is set by the master cylinder mount or the firewall stamping. The firewall is stamped for a booster with a 3:1 ratio. The bracket for the PowerMaster adapts the firewall for the 6:1 ratio the Powermaster needed (or manual).
Yeah. My pedal has a hole in it where I put a pin for Vacuum about 30 years ago. Then I went to Hydroboost which has the same pin location as the Powerdisaster and after 160K+ miles will never go to anything else. Waaay better than vacuum and much better than a good (rareley seen on cars driven alot) working Problemmaster.
