Can't edit or delete posts at all now?

I tried to edit a post I made like 30 secs ago and it says I don't have permission. Now once you post, it is cast in stone?

Oh it let me edit this one, but when i replied to a thread someone else started in parts wanted, I couldn't?

Memeber have 10 min to edit there post , We're sorry me must do this on the count of some dishonest and problem starting "members" if I coupld do this per member I would but its all or non.

It wasn't 10 mins before it wouldn't let me it was about 30 seconds...

Notice I have two posts 2 mins apart because I couldn't edit the 1st one after 30 secs.
