cant get it over 4000rpm

no not yet, its a voltage problem i think . Its dies under load, And my turbo link says at 3700rpm the voltage drops to 6 volts and at 4000 rpm it drops to 0.3 volts , when this happens i get bad knock and the car dies in power. Now is it the alt or a short somewhere . I will try a alt tonight .

She want to 5200 rpm today, my belt was slipping under load, now it revs ok.

BUT i am still getting knock on the knock gauge and the scan tool. I dont know if its right but the turbo link said i was getting 20* to even 50* of knock ret. Can this be right thats a little on the high side , that should take a head gasket out right.

Tps is at .46 but i gotta drop it a little , and the o2's are at 800 with no voltage drop now. Could my iac do this i dont think it is close to being set .

I will hang my down pipe better because i am running open down pipe it could be giving false knock. I will set my tps again and the iac and see what happens to. Then if all fails i will go get some 110cam2 and see if it help maybe unplug the knock sensor .

most of all i might even wash it , man its dirty

Well this car sucks, i fixed the down pipe, put 5gal of 110cam2 in it, and tryed to set the iac but i can only get it to about 50-60# and 30-40%. I reset the yps to .44 and the knock is still there , . I tightenedthe alt belt the other night and it ran better and held the rpm's in the 5000's no it seems to be doing it again. I will change alt now and see what happens,


back to the car I hope you guys have better luck then me.
