cant make boost

[Rosewood T-Type]

What would be the cause? Last year i had a 70 gtq i ran 30#'s of boost this year ive changed to a 76 gtq this turbo will only make 23#'s. I'm obviously missing something. mods are as follows.

4.1L stage 1 Dutt motor 255 ci
BGC intake w/70mm acufab
95 # injectors
ATR 3 bolt headers
F.A.S.T B2B
4" dp
4" exhaust
RJC powerplate
fuel system to match
Internal wG
no exhaust leaks

I bought motor from someone else so i'm not sure what cam it has.
I'm going to check wG puck to check for sealing.

this combo just made 590 rwhp. at 23#'s w/ 22d timing.
it would only pull to 5400 rpm before coilpack breakup.

this motor has stock crank,rods,&caps so i dont really want more boost yet. however i still would like to figure out this boost problem. the wG rod is as short as it will go and still be able to get it back on puck.

I'm lost i really need some advise.

check for obvious exhaust leaks , check the air fuel ratio to see if your not real fat!
