After some modifications I can't seam to turn my gain knob past 3.5 or 4.

Larger RJC intercooler
70 mm throttle body
Headers, down pipe, tial wastegate.
3600 stall coverter
New turbo tweek chip
60lb injectors

Anything past 4 and the car floods and noses down.

Anyone have an idea of what might be going on here?

Twin nozzle or single?

Fuel pressure too high?

BL issue on the motor?

Initial inside PAC turned up too high?

Need more info

Fuel pressure is fine.

Single nozzel.

No BL issues.

Alky seems like the right amount on 3.5

No knock or very slight knock.

Scares me to think alky pump could stop during a WOT pass.
We need a contingency plan here....LOL

Turn the Initial in the PAC down, like if its at 1 o'clock bring it down to 12 o'clock. Then you can run a higher gain than 3

Test your system periodically, use your test button, make sure all lines are zip tied to the MAP sensor.. you should be fine.

You can get a tester from me, or datalog using a transducer if you have a power logger.. that way you can monitor your pressure on every run. Any changes to pressure you need to look at.

Same as if your fuel pump failed, your fuel pressure regulator failed, relay to your fuel pump, hose of the FPR, hoses on top of the vacuum block, etc etc etc.. any of those go and your toast

ill ask since razor didnt
are you running methanol
and what boost are you running with what turbo ? (matters as it affects the air charge temp)

youve dropped your engines cooling needs with the ic so naturally youll need less alky , and being cooler it tends to stay as a liquid longer so more get to the combustion chamber as a fuel , so fuel would need to be cut back at wot because with the tt 5.6 chip you need to be running the boost near what he has in the chip ,... whats your O2s (i'm guessing there isnt a wideband hooked up)

now if your on denat and water blend then thats not going to burn well and excess alky mix will cause a nosing over

I am running pure meth. Running 24 to 26lbs of boost.

My O2's run 780 to 810.

I just added fuel in 3rd and 4th.
My 02's were a bit lower.

I can see your point about the megacooler.

Kinda new to alky so any help is great.

Open PAC box and reduce Initial and increase Gain to 6-7. Car will run better. Initial should be at 11:45-12:00

Thanks...

I didn't install this system...

I know you didn't either....or maybe you did..lol

But where do I look for the PAC box???

I am kinda new to this so please bear with me.

Its under the dash. Just follow the cable from the control box it will lead to the other box. There is a small access door, slide it open and inside are the controls. The one on the right says Initial. Turn it very slightly CCW.

I figured as much...good to hear from an expert first.

Thank you for your time and help.
