Is this normal? when i put the turn signal on, the car idol drops and rises as the flasher comes on and off..
Some days its worse than other days.. scanmaster voltage fluctuates from12.6 to 13.7 volts.. i put a new battery and alternator on to see if that was the problem.. anyone have this issue?
