Car is dieing

Ok, so my stupid powermaster thing is gone I am pretty sure. When I have the ignition on it makes a weird noise from the connector on the bottom of it. When I have the ignition on and apply the brakes the car will sometimes die. One time my car wouldn't even start, so I put it in neutral and apply the brakes for some reason and all my gauges and lights turn on. What's the deal?

Check all your grounds

Any time weird stuff like that starts happening, at least 7 times out of 10 it will be a ground problem.

this sounds like a ground issue. Check and clean / repair your grounds. Especially check the ones attached to the firewall. I made new ones and all is OK now.

Ok, that could be the problem. I have about six things grounded at one spot on the firewall.
