Car starts, runs then dies after ECM reset

I was trying to clear error code 45 on the Buick by disconnecting the orange wire near the battery. After pluging it back in, the car starts, idles for about 2 seconds, then dies. Everytime I try to start it after that, the car runs for less and less amount of time.

Could it have to do with the translator plus w/ extender? I've already replaced the 02 sensor and I can hear the fuel pump prime with the key in the on position. I also have a fuel pump hot wire kit from Racetronix.
