Ok I was working on my car installing some new headlights and I had to disconnect the battery. I install the battery and I notice my fuel pump wasn't coming on. So I go through all the checks and everything was good. I then hook up the laptop and found out that the BS3 wasn't communicating with it.
Does BS3 have a fuse or fuse able links? What should I check?

Yep. It was hidden good too. I looked at that battery for almost 2 hours before I found it.

Yep wow. I must've bumped the wires or something they were inside the inner fender through the whole don't ask me how.
