Carb related problems??

When I get into the throttle the carb seems to hang and it never goes fully into passing gear. Could the TV cable be out of adjustment?

Move the throttle linkage with and without the cables connected. Make sure it opens all the way.

Just mark it before your adjust it to see how much it changes and in case you want to put it back.
