a buddy has just found a turbo regal,the problem is when we try to do a carfax it seema not to be in the system.the owner has a carfax from 2007 showing that in 93 the car had 17,000mi.the ca dmv doesnt have the car even in its system since it hasnt been registerd since then.how far does carfax go back?i have some dmv papers stateing all thats needed to get the vehicle registered.is worth the chance that this may truly be a low milage car?
