Well THATS a first...it said no records found for this vehicle in Carfax. Sure about the VIN?

It was purchased from the original owner a couple years ago and registered in New Hampshire which is title exempt on a car that old. I'm assuming that's why nothing came up. Anyone think this is the case, or any other thoughts? Thanks, wakko.
