As described in the title, the bolt holes on the plate that attaches to the front cover are not lining up to the IC (bolt holes in plate are now higher). My educated guess would be because I am now running a 6766 turbo and not a stock one. I can get one bolt in which I think should be fine. I guess since the turbo is bigger, the IC sits lower in order to line up with the turbo. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem.

My CAS V4 did the same thing with the stock turbo and now the 6262. If I got it to bolt to the bracket (passenger side), the intercooler was crooked. But if I just put in one bolt it was level. I made a small plate with 3 holes that bolted to the bracket and then had 2 more holes to put bolts thru into the intercooler. It is level and I think it is much sturdier.

It's funny how with everything stock you would think that it would line up with the hardware that came with the CAS V4. Not the case for me:eek:

did you place the bracket in the right spot on the water pump? I also have the slic & it fits without issues.

I had too open up the holes on my header to turbo flange so I could clock the turbo to get it all lined up.

Yea, its in the right spot. I dont see any other way to do it either. I've tried clocking the turbo but that doesn't help. Really only one sweet spot for alignment.
