is anyone using a heated o2 sensor from caspers? i have been thinking about trying one out. how do the hold up to leaded race fuel?

Ran the same one for over a year with mostly race fuel and it works great. It is the Ford 02.

I've been running his 02 sensors for years and have always had good luck with them. So long in fact the sensor wiring in my GN is a 3 wire and he now sells 4 wire ones. Now I need an adaptor to make the new one work I purchased not too long ago, just one more part I have to purchase (the adaptor). It never seems to end.

I had mines since October 2002 and it mostly seen leaded race gas. 02's are still accurate.

Put mine in 2yrs ago. Just changed it last week to another heated one. Lot's of 110 leaded for 2 yrs. o2 counts just didn't happen a couple weeks ago. I forgot how much fun it was to thread another one back in.;)

I too forgot just how much fun the d*mn things are to screw in. Imagine how happy I was to find out the new 02 sensor I just screwed in had the wrong connection for my old wiring harness Now when the new adaptor comes in I'll have the pleasure of doing it all over again...

You can make your own heated O2 harness. That's what I did and did it so that I can unplug the heated one any time and install a non-heated one if I want. My car has always seemed to run better with a stock purple wire AFS-22 O2 sensor vs the heated ones. I just use the heated when I am running leaded gas for the track or test & tune.
