I ordered a volt booster and some weatherpack connectors to restock my kit a couple of weeks ago from Casper's. After a week or so went by I called them up to see if anything went wrong with the order and they said they were behind on the volt booster and threw in two day shipping free of charge.
I wasn't calling to complain by any stretch but when a vendor goes out of their way to make a sale better it deserves recognition and further business. This wasn't my first time ordering from them and certainly won't be my last. Thanks Again!
