Cat converter

Could a clogged cat conveter caude engine shake ? I unter stanstand that it messes with performance. But can it cause the shake ?

Pull it off and see if it makes a difference. Might not be so easy if it hasn't been off before, but nothing worth doing is ever easy.

No but a stuck locked converter would.
