I had that booster on several phones and they didn't do much at all to help if any. If you already haven't done so, contact the provider to see if they can do anything. If not, you may want to consider another service. Different services have different strengths and weaknesses in other areas. We use Nextel here and we recently found that their service is worthless in an area Bruce is moving to south of Sacramento. So much for direct connect. My old AT&T gets a full signal here and there. Go figure.

Cell phone boosters are a total rip off. Your best bet is to find a provider with better coverage. Who is your provider now?

Signal boosters are Bull...

Check this out... I was complaining to a SprintPCS rep a month or so ago about having a frequent problem in certain areas with having full signal until I go to make a call then it magically would dissappear....

The operator asked for cross streets and an address to the problem areas. They were going to have a service tech go out to the EXACT area I was at when I had problems with my model phone and some testing equipment to track down problem areas.

That floored me!

Check for a software update with the manufacturer - that has helped me in the past when phones have had trouble switching from one tower to another.

Good Luck!
