Got it out..
Well, I can tell you a trick that worked great for me. If you don't have the right size bushing remover for it.
An old 1.6 GM exhaust valve just fits the bore. With the tail housing pointing down, place the valve on top of the bushing, I used a ~3' piece of 1/2" conduit and dropped over the valve stem, then knock it out with hammer, being careful to keep it lined up with the bushing at first.
Worked for me... (thankfully)
