When I pulled the pan the magnet was split into three pieces and I know it was in one piece when I last changed fluid (8,000 miles). It was right beside the drain hole where I had put it. What could have caused the magnet to split? Also, there was some gray matter in the bottom of the pan...this is bad, correct?
When I pulled the filter, the orange seal did not come with the filter. What is the best way to remove the orange seal from inside the tube hole? Thanks for any assistance.
