Anyone know what a aftermarket chip like this is, has a white sticker and all it says hand written the work blue thats it?

My guess would be it's written for blue top injectors, 36lbs.

Ok thanks ,The injectors do have a blue tops but have no idea what they are. Car is going in for a look At on Sat. IC hose popped off now it runs like crap had the the car for 2 weeks 
I need a scan tool to try and tune this car to enjoy it. The car has a rjc power plate, open K&N filter,160* stat,that chip??,blue tops?coolant lines are blocked off , I am getting scanmaster,boost gauge,a new fuel pump ,FPR, hot wire kit,255/60/15 m/ts. And did the spring cleaning but now have this problem.what else do I need to have a healthy running car?
