chip question

Has anyone experienced upshifting problems with any particular brand of chips after changing from a lockup TC to a non-lockup TC? If so, please let me know of your experience.

Since the chip only controls lockup at cruise and not shifting, it may be all in the shift cable connected to the TB, just needing some adjustment.
