I have a chip with the following on it number/letters on it:

JT8(B)/AD29/P - This is on the back
CMW 0602 - On a sticker on the front

Anybody know what kind of chip this is?

It's a stock Turbo Regal prom. I'm embarrased to say, I can't remember whether it's and 86 or 87 vintage. Too much wine this evening.
