Ck Billit Servo Install

Car Is On Jack Stands And I Just Installed A Billit Servo From Ck ...is It Normal When I Push Cover In With A Prybar [clip Installed] I Get About .125 Of Travel From Cover In And Out Against Spring

That's normal but you might want to tighten it up to about .060" worth of travel, and IME this method usually works but in some cases you will need a longer pin or a way to shim the servo on the pin.

The apply servo can move almost 1/4" on the pin before applying (if not shimmed with no spring), but the pin will be butted against the servo cover, so just depressing the servo cover can be deceptive.
