Classic fast . Air temp sensor

What's the default for a bad sensor on the classic. I'm getting a -6 F for my air temp sensor. I changed it out and still have the -6. So it has to be in the wiring or controller. Anyone have a issue with the classic fast over this issue?

I would check your wiring. A lot of people extend the wiring since the sensor is moved to a new location. Perhaps the new connections have an issue.That's a simple circuit with just ground and signal
