coated stock headers

i'm looking for some stock ceramic coated headers for a 87 gn

just my opinion but these engines get really hot and the coating will peel.i've had my manifolds glowing red before. i also had a downpipe coated before and it is also peeling.i would save my money.

I disagree with that statement that coatings all peel. Mine are 3 years old with many track passes & the Fireball 2000 satin black is perfect! Maybe yours were not done properly or with an inferior coating??
