changed my module over to the newer 3 coil type, now I have a code 42. got any idea what I mighta did wrong?

Where did you have the broken pin, I'm getting an intermittent code 42.

it wasnt the pin, it was the wire @ pin B at the control module, should be a tan/black wire, guess it got broke from years of hanging down, you could fell it broke. I checked it with a ohm meter to the ECM.

Interesting, I am getting an intermittent Code 42 as well. PLC shows it as an EST monitor error, wondering if it could be pin A (EST) or pin B (BYPASS). I was going to pull the ECM harness connector, guess its easier to check resistance at the module connector first. What method did you use to repair the broken wire?

I took one of the pins outta an old connector, it was broke about 1" away, and spliced it to the harness.
