code 43

Car has been running really sluggish, code came up as 43 !!! I changed out the knock sensor and esc module, still code 43 !!!
check the ground at the esc module seems ok. Would one bad injecter not working give me the same code? I do have one injecter #4 not working, harness measure ok, but can not get any voltage reading in #4. ( also i'm getting knock lights on my knock gauge with any thing pass 7 lbs boost )

Any help out there!!!!

Are you using Directscan?

I do not have any source of a scan tool, looks like you really need one to find your problems and tuning !!

Well my car kept throwing that code. But it was because of the Directscan. Thats why i asked. Problem is solved now.
And yes, scantools help in tuning.
