what is the 3rd coolant sensor plug in to i hav 3 hole [2 on intake 1 on thermostat front]

There's only 2 coolant sensors.

my intake has two holes on top of it

If you look at the diagram.
The one on the passenger side is for the heater hose nipple.

if you go to js manufacturing and look at the intake kit with intercooler the intakes mines you could see xtra bung for sensor. its next to the other sensor

look at intake closely ?

I looked,see what you mean.
Maybe it's to hook-up an aftermarket gauge?
Could just block it off.

Well on the stock intake it's there.
It just hasn't been tapped out.
