So I decided to order a roller cam kit from them instead of ordering it thru Cottons... Turns out in their "complete kit" which costs $863.99 (free shipping) it doesn't include the adj roller cam button... When I emailed and called to ask why they merely tried to sell me one for an additional $40.00
Even though their vendor sells the same kit for $849.00 including the button!! (Plus shipping)
And since it isn't included, their sales personel should've tried to sell the button additional at time of sale as the button is imperative to the kit and proper install.
These guys know nothing when it comes to customer retention or satisfaction. It's more principle than the cost.
My suggestion order from cottons.
