Hey guys,
I'm getting my motor ready for the spring and while changing plugs I noticed my #3 spark plug was awfull wet with oil. So I did a compression check on all 6 cylinders, from 1-6 goes 124, 125, 125, 126, 125, 125. That all looked ok so I did a leakdown test, all cylinders showed a 6.25% leakage past the piston rings, ( I put 80 psi in, shows 75psi, 75/80=.9375 1-.9375=.0625) I would guess the oil coming into the cylinder would be from the valve seal? No other spark plug was oily, just #3. And would that percentage on the leakdown be ok?
