computer can't find fast xfi need help ASAP!

I am having trouble, My laptop will not find the box. I installed all the drivers for the cord,,, but nothin!!!! I try to connect and it says can't find ecu. I changed the port to 1 re did everything!!!!! First time firing new engine. it fires and starts, but I don't know what is going on PLEASE HELP!!

If you are using a USB to Serial port convertor, then you need to check your Device Manager and make sure it is assigned to either Com 1, 2, 3, or 4. Then go thru your C-Com software and make sure it is assigned to the same port in there. You should be able to connect then. If you are still having issues, it maybe your cable. Not all USB convertors work with FAST, by what I have been told.
