Now why when I try to get on a secure website it will say this page cannot be displayed???!!!

Like Kirbans website I used to be able to log on to it but it doesn't work now.

The only thing I have changed is I switched to Charter Hi-Speed Internet service....

By "secure" site, do you mean one with the little "lock" icon in the status bar? If so, go to "Tools | Internet Options | Advanced" and scroll down towards the bottom. There are three options concerning secure sites: SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, and TLS 1.0. Try unchecking all but the SSL 2.0 and see if that works.

what version of IE are you using?? I would try going into your internet options and go into security settings and see where you are, low, medium and high. Set it to low and see what happens
