Converter operation

How does this work is it programmed in the chip or is there another method? Just feels like it does not flash like it should.

The only thing the converter does that is programmed is lock up the clutch if it has one. Unless it is an old "switch pitch". But that is for the old th400.

Is this a new problem or something that has developed over time?
Manufacturer? Have you asked your seller about it?
