convertor for te45a

cant spool my te45a with my 3k stall what stall shall i be using.

nothing less than 3600...in the case of a PI converter, a "6" pump

Do you have a big exhaust housing on it.I run the stock exhaust to spool fast and a 10" Boxdorfer convertor about 3600-3800 stall .it goes from 1.45-1.55 short times. best of 1.41 with 15 psi launch@3750 rpm
