convertor ?

hi all. just wondering if theres a way to tell if I have the wrong convertor in the car? or theres something wrong ? powerloger info ?
its supposed to be a ptc. 9.5 3400 lock up. the car feels like the brakes are dragging on acceleration. that's in town ez acceleration

Look a the stamping on the converter itself.
Post a pic here or or call ptc on monday to give them the numbers and they will tell you what you have

yep did that. was told its for a gn no other info given

It doesnt say gn.
I has the blade count for the tranny on it.
Take a pic.
Its impossible it has no stamping on it.

Well here's a stupid question, are the brakes dragging?

I thought the same thing. I can spin each one by hand not sure if this means anything but in reverse it drives what I consider normal idk

You sure its a Ptc? it would be stamped Ptc-95-xxx-xx-xx-xx-x-xxx , =the x's would be the converter info

Dont think that is a ptc.
But you can call down to ptc.
Take a pic
