Cooling fans stoped working

Ok I did a search and found nothing helpful. I was out tinkering with the car and I noticed the fans were not coming on, they had been on earlier but now nothing.
These are after market dual fans, I can see on my BS3 program they should be on, and I even changed the setting to come on at 100 and not shut of but no luck.
Is there a fuse? I can hardly get my big butt under the dash with the roll cage to see. What should I check?

is it wired to your battery. and check your relays and fan motor with a meter.

I'm having the same issue. However if I turn on the A/C, the fans come on. Does this sound like the relay on the passenger fender is bad? Or is there a temp. sensor that isn't sending a signal to turn on the fans?
