This will just prove to them that people with "Monte Carlos" are just members of the unwashed masses.

now, WTF would you do that??? That's something a Stanger would do...

I hope you were responding to something and just didn't post it out of the blue - nobody likes a troll.

Can you supply a URL to the corvetteforum thread? Or at least which area you posted it in?

Thanks!
Scott

I think that was just a reference to the stereotypical misidentification of TR's by the uninitiated.......

I wonder if the corvette forum police will be using top-secret image enhancement software to identify that mystery man at the wheel? As I understand it, the museum changed policy and REALLY does not like burnouts in front anymore.

This guy is a hero to the buick community! :D

Now, where's that link to the post?

I posted the infamous GN burnout video on a corvETTE forum 3 times, and 3 times it mysteriously disappeared.

I know this is somewhat of an old story, but what was it that caused the corvette museum to decide to display a GNX in the front entrance?

They thought it was a Monte Carlo!

In answer to NCgreg231,

The owner of the Corvette museum put the car in the front display case for the 2000 GS Nationals because so many Buick people were coming to visit the museum that week.

He had a BBQ at his house that I was able to go to with about 60 or 70 other people. He put this on at his expense. I talked to him some, and he was a super nice guy. He truly had a lot of respect for our Buicks. Almost all the people attending were Buick people with the Nationals.

Just think when all those visitors cross the road they are going to think some vette left those tracks.
