I finally got the air out of coolant lines and am about to reassemble the heater box after replacing the heater core.
First Question: How do I make sure that the outside air door is working properly. I talking about the one that if you look through the cowl screen, you can see it straight down there.
Second Question: When I shine a light from under the passenger side dash, and look at outside the car at the outside air flapper that I mentioned above, I can see the light along the top of it. I'm wondering if it should be like that or if I need to somehow seal that. If it needs to be sealed, what should I use??
