SignUp Now!hello people: WOW you had it bad. I'm nothing like that but I still have something going on. This is the second week. Good lusk.I was hospitalized with it. When I first got it, just a headache. Then came the fevers. For two days, OTC meds kept it in check, then the third day I couldn't get my fever down. My primary care doctor wouldn't see me and told me I had to go to the ER. I went to the hospital. They gave me a bag of fluids and prescription Ibuprofen, but nothing to treat Covid, and sent me home. Two days later it got hard to breathe so back to the ER. My O2's were in the low 80's and they admitted me and started me on O2 and an anti-viral. I was in the hospital for four full days and then released to hospital at home care for the next week and out of work for two more weeks.
I am convinced that if they had given me the anti-viral when I first went to the hospital, I would never have had to be admitted.
On a related note, Florida changes vaccine recommendations.
I forgot to say that this was Nov of '21 when I had it. I'm well over it now, thankfully.hello people: WOW you had it bad. I'm nothing like that but I still have something going on. This is the second week. Good lusk.
