Can i just replace the driverside with a stainless header or do i need to replace both for even flow?

Yes and No. If it bolts up and there are no leaks, you are good into the 10's before headers will show measurable improvement over the stock passenger side manifold/crossover.

just replace it with a poston's stock replacement ds header...you can keep the other side on...no problems here...
