Well i dont think the Green GN will make it to BOP at Bremerton this year:

Fixed it today and the seats should be here thursday
Cut out the crack all the way back to the botton of the valve seat pocket and through all the spark plug theads.Had my buddy weld it up and filed the weld back and retapped the spark plug hole.It was hard picking the theads back up but it came out nice I still need my pistons to go to the BOP

What kind of weld did he use? Tig or Heli-Arc?

JB Weld does wonders....

Heli-Arc
First i heated the head to 300deg and stress relieved it as it cooled after welding it. I stress relieved it while sitting on fire bricks and used a small ball peen hammer and beat on the weld while it cools so it wont crack
