Anyone have any idea how much a typically cracked DS header is costing me in performance? It still makes boost, 15psi.

Tough to quantify, but it is hurting you. Slow spool, bad O2 readings, limited topend boost can all be caused by header cracks.

Even though my gauge is reading 15psi at the top of 2nd gear and 3rd gear?

15 maybe it all it will ever make :)

Gas mileage could suffer also with a cracked header.

Is there such thing as 15psi of crappy boost and 15psi of quality boost? So when my header is fixed, 15psi will produce alot more power than now?

Well, it isn't that you'll make more power, you'll be making 15psi cleanly. If you have any faults in the system, i.e. cracked header, the ecm will have to compensate because of what it is seeing from the sensors. This will cause you to lose performance.

Equate it with a stock radio at a static decibel level. Compare it to a properly amped radio at the same decibel level. You get nice clean sound. Ever hear rap music played loud through a crappy stereo?

I guess what I am trying to say is, get it fixed. :)
