Crank bolt torque with BHJ

With the BHJ being a press on balancer, what should the bolt torque be? Probably shouldn't have to go 225 ft/lbs anymore right? If so, why?

IMO, I would think you will still need to torque to 225. The key does not keep the balancer from spinning, the BIG thick washer pressing the stackup tight keeps it from slipping. That is why the washer presses against the balancer, not the crank.
