Can i use a turbo crank from a 1979 turbo regal?last three casting #s are 877

The casting number is correct. Check the main bearing journals for the rolled filets. If they are, you're good to go. All 877 cranks have the rolled filets on the rods.

You better check what size bolt it has in the snout. The earlier rolled fillet cranks had a lot smaller bolt than the later cranks with that big old bolt in the front for the balancer.
