Crank Sensor Question

Are the ones from Autozone/O'reilley's ok to use? The Borg Wagner one from O'reilley's looks like the sensor is just fixed in a location, and there is still a bolt that goes through the middle of the bracket?

I have an advance auto parts sensor in mine and its been fine for over a year. I believe its a sorensen brand. It came w/ a new mounting bracket.
